Are you finding your current workout routine a little stale or have your results stalled and you need a little jump start to keep you on track?


Don't have the extra funds to hire a trainer for one on one sessions but would like the extra guidance?


Well, if you answered yes to any of the above, SUMMER SHAPE UP is a training program for six weeks to help you stay motivated and focused through the summer months!  All levels of fitness are welcome to join!


Toni Padilla, personal trainer and professional athlete, will be leading training sessions to start you off with total conditioning and body weight toning and progressing you through workouts that will challenge and change you! 


SPACE IS LIMITED! We want to keep our groups personal and we have two time slots available for you:

The MORNING workout is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am-9:00am

The EVENING workout is Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:15pm.

$99 FOR MEMBERS / $149 FOR NON-MEMBERS


You receive TWO trainer-led workouts per week and you will have a weigh-in and body analysis at the start and finish so you can see your progress! You will also receive specific nutrition coaching based on your specific body analysis to help you eat the right food to get the results you want! No gimmicks! No fads! Just whole food and a solid training plan!
