Fit Club is small group training limited to four people per group to help you get started with a training plan or get back into a fitness routine. This personal trainer-led program will help jump start you into good habits with challenging workouts and a nutrition plan to keep you focused for four weeks.  This is a great option if you are new to fitness but aren't ready to commit to one on one personal training.  


​Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:45pm-6:30pm OR

Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:30am-9:15am

$45 for members / $65 for non-members

​Call front desk to sign up as space is limited.

Burpees. Jump squats. Push-ups.  You want it, we've got it.  This class will push you to your limits and challenge you to push through your fitness plateaus.  Not for the beginner exerciser.  

​Sessions are for four weeks.  See front desk to sign-up.


6:30am-7:30am  Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 

$65 for members / $100 for non-members


8:30am-9:30am  Mondays and Fridays

​$45 for members / $65 for non-members

The Pilates Reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Classes meet one time per week.


Must complete beginner classes before taking intermediate classes.

Beginner classes - $12 per session for members / $15 for non-members

​Intermediate classes - $15 per session for members / $20 for non-members
