Fitness For The Way You Live

Cardio EquipmentAs a member of Sound Fitness & Golf you are encouraged to take advantage of all the equipment, classes, workshops and programs we offer so you can truly maximize your membership.

From day one, we give you the tools you need to jump start your fitness program by providing thorough equipment orientations and a five point fitness assessment to establish your fitness baselines.

But it doesn't stop there. Sound Fitness & Golf staff members provide ongoing support throughout your membership as you have questions, need help, or require more personalized instruction. You can always feel comfortable approaching any of our staff members with the expectation that they will gladly assist you.

Personal Training

PushupsonBosuWhether you want to lose weight, improve your cardiovascular conditioning, increase your flexibility or stability, or even train for a specific sporting event; our personal trainers have the education tools, and experience to help you.

You can hire a trainer for:

  • One-on-one training
  • Small group training (2-4 people)
  • Special occasion bootcamps
  • 1/2 hour or 1 hour training sessions
  • Monthly or Quarterly "check-in" sessions

All of our trainers hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, many years of experience, and at least one certification from a nationally recognized fitness certifying body such as the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) or the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

In all, our personal trainers have 35 years of combined experience!

Golf Conditioning (Youth & Adults)

Looking to add 30 to 50 yards to your drive, increase your distance with your irons by double digits, reduce your risk of injury? Our Golf Conditioning program is the same one used by many tour professionals. Learn more about the benefits of this program.

Bootcamps

Our "Amped Up" and "Sound Body" Bootcamps are a great way to challenge yourself to reach your health and fitness goals. These Bootcamps run throughout the year at night or in the early morning.

"The Shred" - This Bootcamp is for people of various levels of fitness. You will sweat, have fun, tone and get strong in this challenging bootcamp.

"Amped Up" - This Bootcamp is for those with previous exercise experience who are looking to break through a plateau to get to some serious results. If you want to push your work-out to a whole new level, this Bootcamp is for you.

Youth Sports Conditioning

Youth Sports ConditioningOur youth sports conditioning program is for youth ages 12-18 who are looking to improve their fitness so they can play any sport better.

The program runs three times per week for 8 weeks.

With sports conditioning, youth will gain an improved sense of self, confidence and increased movement and physical fitness. Call Chip at 639-2582 for more information about when the next sports conditioning classes will be starting.
