We know sometimes it is hard to stay motivated to workout regularly when on your own. That's why we have group fitness classes that will challenge you with enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors who can help you find your motivation to keep working toward your fitness goal. In our large group fitness room, we offer classes like low impact Barre, dance fitness like Zumba, and Body Pump, and Boxing for Fitness. In our yoga studio, you can enjoy a calming stretch in Yoga for Wellness or sweat with PiYo or Cycling.
