​​LESMILLS BODYPUMP The original weight-training workout set to music!  This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, curls, and dips.

​LESMILLS TONE If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. TONE will burn calories and help you build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility, and core strength.

CARDIO STRENGTH FUSION  Using a variety of weights (barbells and dumbbells), you will start with 2 strength exercises and a cardio interval. You will hit every muscle group and get your heart rate up and pumping! Class finishes with core and stretching.

CORE AND MORE This class consists of core-strengthening abdominal and low back exercises. 

CYCLE This class is a great cardiovascular workout!  Pedal through hills, sprints, climbs, and many other challenging drills and exercises.  All levels are welcome. All rides are geared to each participant's level.   

SENIOR STRENGTH (45 min) Designed with the aging body in mind, this workout brings the fun back to fitness combining basic cardio movement, strength and toning, and balance. Hand held weights and resistance bands are used.  Seated & standing exercise options are given.

POWER PYRAMID After a warm-up, participants begin with a 30 second interval and a 30 second rest. After the rest interval, you do two different exercises for 30 seconds each with a 30 second break. You continue with new exercises added to the pyramid until you are doing 6 exercises in a row and finish with a short break before going down the pyramid! 

BARRE You don't need to be a ballerina to workout at the barre! Our Barre class is a 45-minute, low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements.Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned and accomplished.

​STEP With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy class helps increase endurance and body toning. Step classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. Step it up and down, over and around, to the sound of your favorite beats in this fast-paced session.

ALIGNMENT YOGA (60 min) Mindful attention to setting up and executing yoga postures is the focus of this class. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be used to support the body in alignment for sustained lengths of time. Room is not dimly lit and physical assists may be offered.

MAT PILATES (60 min) Beginning-Advanced mat class designed to meet your personal ability and goals.  Classical to contemporary style taught.

FLOW YOGA (45/60 min.) The focus in this class is on linking conscious breath with movement as many poses will “flow” to the next. We will work to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while connecting the body & mind. Participants are encouraged to engage with the yoga postures at their own level - modifications are offered & encouraged. 

YIN YOGA (60 min.) Gentle flow combined with moments of stillness in restorative poses will assist in developing a sense of calm & rest. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets may also be used to support your body and facilitate release of stress. Suitable for all levels.

YOGA HIIT FUSION (75 min.) This class combines basic yoga flow with cardio intervals, such as squats and lunges in order to burn extra calories, build strength, and increase your flexibility. 

YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGING (75 min) An easy yoga starting on the floor with stretching and works up to balance poses. 

While we do post the general schedule here, things might change throughout the month. You can always call our front desk, or  download our MemberMe+ app to see class schedules and book a spot in a class.

All classes will require a reservation booked through our MemberMe+ app or our online portal. For our Pilates Reformer Class, we do ask that you schedule a one on one with Diane before entering the small group class. To schedule your 1:1 session, please see the front desk staff for a form.
