Schedule effective February 1st, 2012. All classes are included in monthly membership fee EXCEPT Specialty Classes such as: Golf Conditioning, Pilates Reformer, Bootcamps & ZumbAtomic. These specialty classes require pre-registration and a fee.

All class participants must wear rubber-soled athletic shoes (sneakers) in order to take classes (except yoga and pilates).
