NOTE:

Schedule effective September 1st, 2010. All classes are included in monthly membership fee EXCEPT Specialty Classes such as: Golf Conditioning, Pilates Reformer, "Amped Up" Bootcamp and Kung Fu. These specialty classes require pre-registration.

All class participants must wear rubber-soled athletic shoes (sneakers) in order to take classes (except yoga and pilates).
